The following variation(s) in the Licence Conditions apply:
3. Use - new sub-paragraph added:
3.2 (vi) Use of data over the internet is restricted to a single location map from each data purchased, no larger than 2048 x 1048 pixels in dimension, together with a Copyright Acknowledgement. All data can be provided over a licensed site's intranet, under normal Chest Terms and Conditions of Use.
The above limited Internet/intranet use of data is permitted only to sites with a Site Licence.
Sites wishing to install the full data on their web site will require a special Education/Commercial licence, which can be acquired from HarperCollins upon request. Increased licence charges will be applied by HarperCollins for this special licence.
4. Extent of Permitted Reproduction - amended as follows:
4.1 The Licensee may make as many copies of Product and Licensed Materials as are required. Such copies shall remain the property of the Licensor. The Licensee shall maintain a written record of each reproduction of Product and the Licensee shall produce such a record on request.
4.2 The Licensee shall not permit others to make any copies of Product or Licensed Materials, except that it will permit Eduserv to copy the media for the purposes of distribution to Licensed Sites, on a cost-recovery basis.
6. Proprietary Rights - amended as follows:
6.2 The Licensee agrees not to remove or in any way modify any proprietary marking including any trade mark or copyright notices on or in the Collins Bartholomew Databases or its carrier medium or on any Documentation.
The Licensee shall put up the following notice at the "customer log-in, display screen" to Barts Digital Maps:

In respect of the GB 1:10,000 street level Raster data, Collins Bartholomew are Resellers of this data, which is owned by Overview Mapping. Sites licensed for this data shall put up the following notice at the "customer log-in, display screen" to the GB 1:10,000 street level Raster data:

13. Liquidation - the following paragraph is removed
13.1 If the Licensor shall make an arrangement with its creditors or shall go into liquidation (other than a voluntary liquidation for the purpose of amalgamation or reconstruction where the emergent company assumed the obligations of the Licensor) or if a receiver shall be appointed for the whole or any part of the Licensor's assets or undertaking then the Licensee shall have the right to continue to use Product and Licensed Materials in accordance with and subject only to Clauses 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 in perpetuity.
