Eduserv's main offices are located at Queen Anne House, 11 Charlotte Street, Bath. Eduserv Chest operates from Queen Square House nearby.
Please note that all visitors to our Bath premises should report first to reception in Queen Anne House, before proceeding to other offices. Reception is located just inside the main portico entrance on Charlotte Street.
Queen Anne House is situated in Bath city centre, just off Queen Square. The A4 and A36 roads run through the city, and the M4 motorway is approximately 10 miles distant (junction 18).
If approaching from the M4 (and/or A4), leave the motorway at junction 18 (north east of Bath) and follow the A46 south 8 miles to the Bath exit from the new dual carriageway. Turning right here brings you on to the A4 westbound to Bath. Follow the A4 towards the city centre and remain on this road around the north of the city, travelling along the Paragon and through traffic lights into George Street. Turn left at the end of George Street into Gay Street - this leads to the north east corner of Queen Square. Travel around 3 sides of Queen Square (one-way) to the junction with Charlotte Street at the north west corner. Turn left into Charlotte Street - and you will see the entrance to the public Charlotte Street Car Park on your right (and just before Queen Anne House itself). Please walk from the car park to the front main entrance of Queen Anne House.
If approaching from the west of the city on the A4, follow this road towards the city centre, leading along Crescent Gardens and bear left into Charlotte Street. Immediately after passing Queen Anne House on your left you will see the entrance to Charlotte Street Car Park, also on your left.
If approaching from the west of the city on the A36, follow this road (Lower Bristol Road) towards the city centre, cross the River Avon at Broad Quay, keeping to the left. Travel along the riverside on Green Park Road, and go straight over several sets of traffic lights, into Charles Street and Chapel Row (skirting the west of the city centre). Chapel Row leads into the south west corner of Queen Square - continue along one side of the Square to the north west corner and turn left into Charlotte Street. The entrance to Charlotte Street Car Park is on your right.
Please note that a 'bus-gate' scheme controls vehicular access to the centre of Bath. The scheme means that private cars cannot travel directly through the city centre. The routes recommended above avoid the bus-gate zones of the city.
Park and Ride schemes
The return bus journey on all Bath's Park and Ride schemes currently costs £1.70. These schemes operate from 06:15-20:30 Monday-Saturday. Parking can be found at:
Bristol International Airport is approximately 20 miles from Bath. The Bristol International Flyer express coach service (every 20 minutes during the day) connects the airport to Bristol Temple Meads rail station and Bristol bus station. The coach journey takes about 30 minutes with a return fare of £7. There are frequent trains and buses from Bristol to Bath.
Bath Spa mainline station is on the London (Paddington) to Bristol line. Frequent services run to/from London, a journey of approximately 90 minutes. Bristol Temple Meads station, with connections to the midlands, the north and the south west is a 15 minute journey from Bath.
National Express services operate from Bath Bus/Coach Station to London Victoria and other destinations.
First (Badgerline) runs services number 14 and 716 from the Bus Station (Bus Stop Bj in Dorchester Street - on the south side of the Bus Station and a few steps away from the Railway Station).
Taxis are usually available from outside the Railway Station or from 'Orange Grove', which is next to the Abbey. Queen Anne House is in Charlotte Street (on the north west corner of Queen Square) and should be only a three or four minute drive (traffic congestion permitting) from the Railway Station.
The walk from the Railway Station to Queen Anne House takes approximately 10 minutes - or much longer if you are tempted by the city centre shops, sights and coffee houses!
